ISIS 'minister of war' Gulmurod Khalimov has been killed in a Russian air strike against the Syrian city of Deir ez-Zor, the Russian defence ministry has said in a statement. In all, approximately "40 ISIS militants were killed" in the raid, which allegedly destroyed a military command and a communications hub. This is not the first time that Khalimov has been reported dead but the reports have not been confirmed
